I found Wendy through a Zillow listing in order to see a house when I was in Chicago from out of town. Wendy was so responsive. She made time to show us a handful of houses right away and then worked with my daughter to narrow the selection. Wendy knew of another house about to be listed by a realtor in her office. We were able to see the house and put in an offer just as it was listed and we had a contract in place that day. Wendy was extremely helpful answering questions and was very responsive to our needs.
