It was such a pleasure to work with Wendy! It was incredibly important to me when looking for a place to live that I had a realtor who was listening to my thoughts and concerns, and was truly on my side when it came to any issues or unfamiliar situations that came up. This is what Wendy provided, and more. Wendy was quick to respond, setting up appointments in an extremely timely matter. When we went to visit residences, she did not try to sugar coat or convince me to live somewhere (which I have experienced from other realtors). She listened to my concerns, if I had them, and even raised points that I hadn't considered. She was down-to-earth and funny, which made the whole process easy smooth. We went out to look at an exhaustive number properties, and Wendy was always happy and upbeat, even in the situations when I was wanting to see a property for the second time.
